October 2008 Rye Luncheon Club
The Rye Luncheon Club October event was held at The Flushing Inn in Rye. 23 representatives from local banks and businesses attended. The delicious three course meal was a resounding success and commented on favourably by everyone. The choices included local Romney Marsh lamb and Rye Bay plaice with a mixed hors d’oeuvres starter followed by homemade desserts. It was a beautiful autumn afternoon with everyone thoroughly enjoying the venue, the meal and the pleasant banter! We book various local venues on a bi-monthly basis and would welcome new guests from any type of local business to attend.
